• Keep: the group gets covered fairly regularly in the Russian business press: [1]. It's co-owned by three Russian oligarchs, who of whom have Wiki articles. The group co-owns Ocean Plaza, Kyiv's second largest retail and entertainment development, which it's apparently trying to sell in the wake of sanctions: [2]. Etc. All of these combined amount to a valid claim of significance. The article does not look terribly promotional either. The company seems to be better known under the name of TPS Real Estate.
