  • Comment WP:GEOLAND is a guideline, unlike WP:NLI, and it recommends that any place that is legally recognized is considered notable, even if the population is low. (I personally do not like that guideline, but that's the way it is!) The question is whether this place has legal recognition - I did not find a source for that.
