- Delete Nobody uses this term for someone building a television tool; most of the term's hits involve descriptions of television program directors and showrunners or the actual creators of television like Philo T. Farnsworth in essay form than this use. Nate • (chatter) 00:10, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
