This was previously prodded by User:TTN for failing GNG and deprodded by User:KingSkyLord with no rationale. I concur that the coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. Delete - Non notable character that seems to have only ever appeared in a single issue. There is not a single reliable source being used here, and I am unable to find any with searches.
