Thank you for your comments. The plan was to try to have a historic ROADEX Project page and a live ROADEX NETWORK page but with your comments I have contacted my colleagues in ROADEX and we feel that the easiest way forward for ROADEX would be to append the suggested ROADEX NETWORK text to the ROADEX project page. There is still some work to do on the ROADEX Project page with citations and references and I hope that I will be able to do this in the coming weeks.
