- Keep I think it was fairly easy to find independent coverage of Groome. His opinions on papal matters seem to be pretty widely quoted. He may be best known as an author. I've added a couple of reviews to one of his books as a start. EricEnfermero HOWDY! 08:34, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
- Keep. Very impressive Google Scholar results, especially for religion. The NPR interview could also be added to the article. StAnselm (talk) 09:04, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
- Keep Per StAnselm and EricEnfermero. He is a prolific author (WorldCat listing), with works including Christian Religious Education (in 472 libraries), What Makes Us Catholic (in 268 libraries), and Sharing Faith (in 266 libraries). These extensive library holdings strongly imply notability IMO. --Cerebellum (talk) 04:53, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
