- Keep. Reviews of his books in multiple reliable sources: Elite Statecraft and Election Administration ([1][2][3]), British Labour Leaders ([4][5][6]), British Conservative Leaders ([7][8][9]). And ~500 citations is probably a borderline pass of WP:PROF#C1 in a field like political science. – Joe (talk) 15:06, 8 January 2020 (UTC)
