Stub about a municipal government department, flagged as unreferenced since 2009 without improvement, which barely goes any further than stating that its subject exists. As always, something like this could get an article if it could be properly referenced over WP:GNG, but is not entitled to keep an unreferenced and virtually substanceless article just because it exists.
