Speedy delete WP:G3/WP:HOAX. Fails verification and includes unsourced WP:BLP-violating allegations about things Joseph Kony did. No evidence from Google that this exists at all, let alone is a notable thing. Created by a user already WP:NOTHERE blocked for posting racist screeds to this deletion page.
