Delete. I don't really see where there's anything here that could be merged into the main article, as the whole debate over the T-rex running speed seems to be fairly well covered at Tyrannosaurus#Locomotion. This entire article is pretty much just a mishmash of WP:OR and I don't see where adding any of this wouldn't end up placing WP:UNDUE weight upon this particular method of calculating T-rex speed. I'd actually say that this could probably be deleted as a recently created article that doesn't expand on the pre-existing article/section for this topic.
