- Keep. A search reveals this is a concept with a long-standing history in business and management theory, dating back to at least the 1960s. I will add some sources to the article.JohnmgKing (talk) 14:43, 27 January 2023 (UTC)

- Delete or at least Draftify. As currently written, the article is facile and includes speculation, "This type of communication is becoming more popular." Of course, any organization has upward communication, downward communication, and lateral communication. Rhadow (talk) 13:05, 3 February 2023 (UTC)
- Keep - The sources JohnmgKing have added to the article demonstrate that this concept meets WP:GNG. It certainly needs improvement, but that is not a reason to delete it. WJ94 (talk) 15:24, 3 February 2023 (UTC)
