Delete - five sources, none of which are significant coverage, though they probably constitute proof of existence. I couldn't find anything more substantial, so notability through WP:GNG is not established. Does not appear to have been elected to state or national legislature - at least, my question on the talk page about this has gone unanswered - so notability through WP:NPOL similarly not established.
