Tagged with notability for several years, this is still just a plot summary + list of appearances and an ORish publication history, with no reception section and references limited to comic books (plus one Usenet and one merchandise page...). Redirect to Features of the Marvel Universe#Prisons, where it is already listed with a properly succinct description. As already mentioned by the nom, there are currently no valid non-primary sources included in the article. Searching for additional sources turns up very little that is not either from primary sources (i.e. official Marvel websites/books) or user-generated fan sites. There are the usual brief mentions in comic plot summaries for issues where it appeared, and the usual mentions in listicle garbage, neither of which would allow it to pass the WP:GNG. About the best article I could find that is ostensibly about the Vault itself is this one, and even that is just large collection of images of the comics themselves with a few statement for each one basically just describing what is happening in them.
