Three is a claim of significance here, although sourced to a deadlink, it could presumably be found off-line. Therefore I declined the A7 speedy. But it doesn't seem enough to establish notability. This article has been tagged for notability issues since 2011, and has not been improved significantly, beyond removing advertising. Nor could I find any RS establishing notability, or even any independent RS that mentioned the subject, in a quick google search.
