Clearly fails WP:NCORP. Sources relating to routine funding ("a capital transaction, such as raised capital") do not contribute to notability, and nor do sources which are clearly not WP:INDEPENDENT. Coverage in a list of things to watch out for makes it way way TOOSOON.
