Delete I'm having trouble finding evidence of even the continued existence of this newspaper, much less its notability. Their website seems 404ed, and not much Twitter activity. There's the language problem, but I lean delete. —BorgHunter (talk) 02:14, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
