Very thin sources as to actual notability -- most sources are links to trademark databases and similar general info that don't meet WP:ORGDEPTH. There are a couple articles that mention the existence of the company (hiring new employees, being awarded a minor R&D grant) but nothing that adds up to WP:ORG.
