- Propose renaming Category:Military lists of Korean War to Category:Military lists of the Korean War
- Nominator's rationale: Wars apart from World Wars I & II are usually prefixed with the definite article. Hugo999 (talk) 23:26, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Propose renaming Category:Don Kirshner albums to Category:Kirshner Records albums
- Nominator's rationale: Rename. The album in this category is on Kirshner Records not on a label called Don Kirshner. However, because there is no article for Kishner Records (only a redirect to Don Kirshner), and little info about the label in the target article, I have no objection to deletion of the category. - Category:San Andrés, San Andrés y Providencia (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)
- Nominator's rationale: Delete as overcategorization. The category is basically empty and the parent Category:Populated places in San Andrés y Providencia has a single article which is also San Andrés, San Andrés y Providencia. Even the grandparent Category:San Andrés y Providencia is very small so breaking it down into tiny pieces seems counterproductive. Pichpich (talk) 15:26, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Category:Indian Maoists (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)
- Nominator's rationale: Delete. This category is problematic as the terms 'Maoism' and 'ML-Mao Tse-tung Thought' are strictly kept apart. It is only in recent year that a major stream has begun to self-identify as 'Maoists'. People from the tradition of UCCRI(ML), PCC, CPI(ML), CP Reddy, Liberation, etc., staunchly reject the term 'Maoism'. Categorizing that Charu Majumdar was a Maoist essentially means siding with the CPI(Maoist) is a polemic over history. Soman (talk) 07:31, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Propose merging Category:United States Fifth Amendment due process case law to Category:United States due process case law
- Nominator's rationale: Merge. I am the creator of this category. It was a mistake. Due process cases should be categorized as due process cases, regardless of whether the operative clause was in the 5th or 14th amendment, i.e. whether the federal or state governments were at issue. The doctrinal differences between 5th and 14th amendment due process are negligible, if they exist at all. Distinguishing between these cases should be done by list, if at all, not by category.
