- Nominator's rationale: Unneeded category. Seasons of host teams of NHL outdoor games. NickSt (talk) 20:43, 6 December 2013 (UTC) NickSt (talk) 20:43, 6 December 2013 (UTC)
- Comment. Is this a suggestion to upmerge the included articles? Thincat (talk) 12:25, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
- Delete The argument here is not the category is "unneeded". After all we need food, water and air, we don't need any category. The issue is that hosting an NHL Winter Classic game is not a defining category of the team's hockey season, nor would it be defining if the team articles were included rather than the season. Alansohn (talk) 01:43, 8 December 2013 (UTC)
- Delete per Alansohn; non-defining. First, a season does not host anything. Second, a team article would be inappropriate, as would the venue. Resolute 03:22, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
- Merge -- I do not quite understand this category, but would have thought that the articles ought to be appearing in some NHL seasons category. Alternatively, they should be listified. Peterkingiron (talk) 12:22, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
- The list of games already exists at NHL Winter Classic (not to mention List of outdoor ice hockey games and the parallel NHL Heritage Classic). Resolute 17:36, 15 December 2013 (UTC)

I created Category:1856 in Washington D.C. while working on the article Caning of Charles Sumner. I erroneously omitted the comma after "Washington". The proper category is Category:1856 in Washington, D.C.. Could we get the comma-less (and now empty) category deleted? Thanks KConWiki (talk) 13:09, 6 December 2013 (UTC)

- Propose renaming Category:Australian anglican bishop stubs to Category:Australian Anglican bishop stubs
- Nominator's rationale: Rename. As a proper name for a denomination, Anglican should be capitalized. Dawynn (talk) 12:39, 6 December 2013 (UTC)
- Rename per nom. Could probably be speedied. Will the template be modified? DexDor (talk) 17:34, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
- Speedy Rename typo. RevelationDirect (talk) 23:31, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
