- Propose Upmerging Category:Road transport in the Caribbean to Category:Road transportation in North America
- Nominator's rationale: Per WP:OCLOCATION. This category takes islands with no physically connected roads and groups them together by their roads. This makes sense for other regions with inter-connnected highways and border crossings but, in this case, I don't think the region has any relevant bearing. Currently the category only contains a Cuban sub-category. RevelationDirect (talk) 03:33, 20 March 2015 (UTC)

- Keep The Caribbean is a georegion for which we have a category tree for. It is also a common grouping in the real world. -- 65.94.43.89 (talk) 03:52, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep Seems like a logical grouping within Category:Road transportation in North America to me. Just because there is no physical intra-connection does not invalidate it. Twiceuponatime (talk) 09:14, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep – rather a surprising nom. A standard subcat of Category:Transport in the Caribbean. Oculi (talk) 15:06, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep as part of category tree Hugo999 (talk) 21:38, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep -- The Caribeean is a geo-region, lying between North and South America. Since it is made up os islands it is not part of either continent. How useful a general article on Road transport in the Caribbean would be might be questioned, but that is certainly no reason for removing a category. Peterkingiron (talk) 10:46, 23 March 2015 (UTC)
