Nominator's rationale: Only 4 articles and one sub-cat in this category, and all of them could be re-categorized (or dumped into Category:Education in the United States for now). power~enwiki (π, ν) 06:12, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the same rationale applies to everything in Category:Teaching by country. I don't know how to techically perform that nomination, or if this one should be expanded. power~enwiki (π, ν) 20:05, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
In that case you need to add an extra Propose merging line for every of the 12 country categories in this nomination (or in a new nomination) and you need to tag every of the 12 country categories. There is not much technical about it. It is important however to mention a second merge target Category:Teaching unless all articles and subcats are already somewhere else in the tree of Category:Teaching.
