Nominator's rationale: Being a pollinator is one way in which some animals (e.g. Calliope hummingbird, Megabat, Western pine elfin) affect their environment (and where they have an important role this should be mentioned in article text), but in many cases it's probably not a defining characteristic and it doesn't work well for categorization e.g. because we don't categorize animals for being non-pollinators. 
These categories only contain a tiny fraction of the articles about pollinators - e.g. most of the bee spieces mentioned in List of crop plants pollinated by bees aren't in these categories (and in many cases the article doesn't mention pollination). Nominator's rationale: Per WP:NONDEFINING (WP:OVERLAPCAT and WP:OCAWARD)
The Order of Saint Stephen is a dynastic order from Tuscany, whose royal family was closely related wth the Hapsburgs in Austria. The exact nature of why the order gives this award is obscure but 10 of the 13 articles are already in Category:Austrian princes. Two of the articles mention the award in passing (1, 2) and the rest don't mention it at all so it doesn't seem remotely defining. After the assasination of John F. Kennedy, the Kennedy Scholarship was established to send British students to Harvard or MIT, both of which are near the president's home town. Within the articles, the award doesn't seem defining and usually gets a passing reference in the education section.
