Nominator's rationale: Merge and rename the category to Category:Disney+ ID different from Wikidata, while there are two different templates, having two different tracking categories for 1 wikidata property seems redundant with the low number of transclusions these templates have combined. {{Wikidata tracking category}} can be set to note the two different templates using the same category.
