Nominator's rationale: rename per WP:C2C, the parent category and sibling categories contain "African-American" instead of "black". I have nominated it at full discussion because other formats are also possible. The latter part "in the United States" may be redundant and another option is e.g. Category:Shootings of African Americans by law enforcement officers. Nominator's rationale: Proposed merging. That is a confused category and it was recently created on July 22, 2021 entitled "Television series filmed in Vancouver". The confused title has to be merged to the existing category to "Television series produced in Vancouver", to follow the Canadian related "Television series produced in (insert Canadian city)" categories.   • Reverse merge. The norm for other countries' or cities' categories of this type is indeed "shows filmed in [Place]" rather than "series produced in [Place]". To be fair, there is also Category:Television series produced in Massachusetts, indicating that there's been inconsistency and disagreement about this in the past, but Canada (and Massachusetts) somehow got left behind when the rest of the tree was standardized the other way. (The container for "American television series by state" categories is also named Category:American television series by production location, incidentally, but all of the individual state categories are named "shows filmed in" except for Massachusetts, and I have been able to find some examples of "Television series produced in [State]" getting moved to "Television shows filmed in [State]" at CFD, but I can't find evidence of a comprehensive group move of all of them — so it's likely that the US had two competing trees at some point too.)
