Propose renaming Category:NursingHome stubs to Category:Nursing home stubs

Delete category and template as incorrectly formed, and please check with WP:WPSS before trying a hand at creating such. I'm sure there's good faith on the part of the creator, but there are nowhere near enough stub articles to demand such a stub type at all, in any form.
