Nominator's rationale: The designation "Inca" doesn't really apply for most individuals listed as the Inca people haven't existed for centuries. The only actual Incans listed are Justo Sahuaraura Inca, Pachacuti, and one of the three Tupacs. For these, Category:Inca emperors already fits. Better to delete a recategorize.
