Nominator's rationale: In 1984, Upper Volta was renamed to Burkina Faso. We do not need separate parent categories any more for the period that the colonial name remained in use. Nominator's rationale: Merge and redirect both. "Republic of Dahomey" was the name from 1958 to 1975, when it was renamed Benin. It became independent of France in 1960, so that was more of a key transitional date, but the name changed from French Dahomey to Republic of Dahomey in 1958. Anyway, the change of name from Republic of Dahomey to Benin is much less significant, and other cases do not normally get separate categories for the period that each name was in use. – Fayenatic London 21:37, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale: rename, Dahomey refers to the kingdom of Dahomey, but as a category name it is ambiguous, as one might suspect it includes French Dahomey and the Republic of Dahomey too.   • Comments: this hierarchy does need some attention. Category:Years of the 20th century in Benin covers French Dahomey and Republic of Dahomey; I agree with including Republic of Dahomey in with Benin, but perhaps French Dahomey should have a separate intermediate hierarchy. Category:Decades in Dahomey is not consistently split from Category:Decades in Benin. A hierarchy for the kingdom should probably use the name "Kingdom of Dahomey" rather than the qualifier "(kingdom)". There seems to be no dated content for the period when the Kingdom continued as a French protectorate period (1894–1904) so no need to discuss whether to have two layers for that date range. – Fayenatic London 19:10, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale: Category whose name is not an accurate reflection of its contents. "Package film" is just an alternate term for any anthology films, and does not automatically require the films to be specifically animated as opposed to live-action -- but this category's usage note specifically states that it was conceived as a category specifically for animated anthologies even though its name fails to convey that. (And, for added bonus, a review of the contents found a number of things had been included here that weren't actually "package films" at all, but animated television series or individual shorts that might have been included in anthology packages but were not themselves anthology packages.)
Accordingly, the contents here should be moved to Category:Animated anthology films -- but the title should be redirected to the general Category:Anthology films parent rather than the animated subcategory, because the term "package film" does not automatically connote animated anthologies to the exclusion of non-animated anthologies. Nominator's rationale: As far as I can tell, the official name of the record label is "Schoolboy" despite inconsistencies here on WP and elsewhere. Both label founder Scooter Braun's website and Republic Records' have it that way so I'm at least pretty sure that's right. Target category was made by mistake from an assumption that no such category existed; turns out it does, just under a different spelling. The article it was made for, Western Wind (Carly Rae Jepsen song), has one source covering its label which also uses the no-spaces spelling. Needs a merger either way as both categories are covering the same subject and are redundant, just want it clear which I believe is the correct name. Nominator's rationale: Ambiguity issue, as the capitalization or non-capitalization of "film" and "awards" is the only distinction between this eponym for a specific film award and the general topic category Category:European film awards for all film awards presented in Europe. So, since these awards are presented by the European Film Academy, and "European Film Academy Awards" is stated in the article's introduction as a valid and legitimate alternate name for these awards, it's best to name the category that way to minimize any possible confusion between the two.
