Since we are talking about East Frisian chieftains, margraves, counts, dukes and potestaats, and only some early medieval "dukes" (usually called dux in source texts) are sometimes claimed to be "kings" (especially by Frisian nationalists), I don't think "monarchs" is appropriate in this case. The Potestaat of Friesland was also probably not a hereditary position, but an appointed governorship, yet all potestaats were noblemen. "nobility" fits best. Only one I've spotted that I'd question is Category:Victorian (Australia) architects due to the atypical composition of the existing tile, which IMO should have been Category:Architects from Victoria (Australia), and therefore would be replaced by Category:Architects from Victoria (state). There is also a bit of doubt in my mind about Category:Victoria cricketers as this is for players who have played for the state representative team, rather than the geographical demonym category (i.e Category:Cricketers from Victoria (Australia)) and ideally should match the article, which is simply Victoria cricket team. It also matches the others at Category:Players in Australian domestic cricket by team, although I'd agree that it's not particularly clear and could maybe do with some kind of adjustment...?
