I notice that User:AHI-3000 removed Category:Fictional indigenous North American people from the Native Americans subcategory which is particularly unhelpful. I reverted that for Category:Fictional Native American people, as disruptive action while a discussion is going on. The Native Hawaiian category is already in Category:Fictional Polynesian people, which AHI considers to be indigenous Oceanian people (despite also having geography-based children that do not only contain indigenous islanders}}, so that category is not needed there. @Marcocapelle, a sort of related point about the Soviet Union categories: should they not be named as former countries are. Like the Russian Empire categories are, for example, Category:People from the Russian Empire, should it not be Category:People from the Soviet Union rather than Category:Soviet people.   • Merge The category header contains (unsourced) information the Rhodes Scholarship article does not: "Starting in 1902, the Dominion of Newfoundland was accorded Rhodes Scholarships as its own geographic constituency." Even assuming that's true, having a separate category up until 1949 when Newfoundland formally joined Canada might make sense but that's not what's going on here: the articles don't normally give a date of receiving the scholarship and based on my guessing with birth dates, this includes post-1949 winners.
