Nominator's rationale: WP:NOTDEFINING, for almost all of the people in this category, being a coach of an IPL team is not a key part of their life. E.g. there are numerous former international players who were coaches for one season listed here, most of whom either have 0 or 1 sentence about IPL coaching listed in their articles, as it wasn't a big part of their life e.g. Shane Warne (no mention), Waqar Younis (1 sentence), Shaun Pollock (no mention), Adam Gilchrist (no mention). We do have similar categories for some other franchise cricket events either, but as per WP:OSE, this isn't a reason to keep this category, when it's non-defining, overcategorisation. I am hopeful that after splitting to fictional countries and islands, the remainder might fit in "mythological or folkloric settings", so that the category can be containerised. Operas set on the Moon should be moved up into the parent. Note: not that it matters now as the removal was completed (and I can't really verify the contents), but from the articles I saw the television category removed, it would seem maybe that the "location" was a substitute for "city" as in "Television series set in fictional cities", just broader to catch locations which aren't cities, but similar. (Incidentally, I don't see how one can merge 1 cat into 3 other cats, unless you just mean re-parenting that one article to those 3 other cats).
