Nominator's rationale: Eponymous category newly created just to hold a single photograph. As always, every photograph does not automatically require the creation of a dedicated eponymous category at the proper name of the specific thing or person depicted in the photograph -- we just categorize photographs by the class of topic depicted, and it doesn't aid navigation of Wikipedia to obsessively filter everything down into microcategories of one. Nominator's rationale: While I understand the intent behind the creation of this category, I don't think this was a good idea. Episode redirects should be tagged with the correct redirect template which will place them in the relevant category. In this case, Category:The West Wing episode redirects to lists. Nominator's rationale: Borderline WP:C2F. The only content here is eponymous article Figurehead (which is rather poor) and child Category:Ceremonial heads of state, a pretty synonymous notion according to the article. I'm just now reading WP:DEFINING, but to my understanding the category is defining. See articles like [2][3][4][5][6] for Ernest Bethell. Koreans love foreigners who advocated for Korean independence, and write about them frequently.
