Nominator's rationale: WP:C2F: only contains main articles Reforms of Russian orthography and Reforms of Bulgarian orthography, respectively, and I see no other way to populate them with relevant articles for now. Upmerge for now without prejudice. Several siblings in Category:Orthography reforms by language might be nominated as follow-ups. Update: added Reforms of Bulgarian orthography.   • Comment Might it make more sense to rename this little category tree to Category:History of orthography by language, and have its child cats be renamed to Category:History of Fooian orthography? I'm asking because a lot of articles could not reasonably fall within the scope of "reform", such as Rules of Russian Orthography and Punctuation, because it is rather a reference work which notes (and enforces) norms which already existed, but it definitely has had a major impact on the history of Russian orthography. Similarly, there are a lot of proposals that were never widely or officially adopted, so strictly speaking they do not fall within the scope of "orthography reforms", but they do fall within the scope of "history of orthography". E.g. I placed Draft Ukrainian orthography of 2003 in Category:Ukrainian orthography reforms, but it was never adopted, so it didn't 'reform' the orthography of Ukrainian; but it was definitely a part of the history of the orthography of Ukrainian.
