Nominator's rationale: The Category:Plurality on Wikipedia warrants deletion due to its ambiguous and loosely defined nature, which leads to the conflation of distinct concepts such as dissociative identity disorder (DID), the multiplicity subculture, and the practice of tulpamancy. This amalgamation lacks a foundation in reliable, consensus-driven sources, resulting in potential misinformation and stigmatization of individuals with mental health conditions. Furthermore, the inclusion of this category under Category:Dissociative disorders is inappropriate, as the concepts encompassed by "plurality" do not uniformly pertain to recognized mental health diagnoses. Maintaining such a category without clear definition and authoritative support undermines Wikipedia's commitment to accuracy and neutrality. Therefore, it is prudent to delete this category to prevent the dissemination of unverified information and to uphold the integrity of mental health-related content on the platform. Delete. For one, it doesn't even conform to the most common name per its main article Multiplicity (subculture) which is named that first, and not plurality.
