Nominator's rationale: Counties are the first-level subdivisions of Sweden and there is nothing differing writers from other occupations (actors, musicians, and sportspeople) making them to not follow the scheme of Category:Swedish people by county. The relation between provinces and counties is simplified in the proposal (at least one writer from Värmland is from the part of Värmland that is Örebro County et cetera) so it needs a manual overlook.
