Keep. This architect single-handedly defined the modern looks of downtown Cartagena (Spain). As such, he had designed dozen(s?) of quite notable buildings, cf. es:Categoría:Obras_de_Víctor_Beltrí. That said, currently the category is very small, so recreating it in the future will be no big deal. Still, we might opt to save today these two minutes of tomorrow.
