User categories for discussion was a process that existed between 2006 and 2009 for discussions of WP:User categories. It was merged into Wikipedia:Categories discussion due to lack of use.

^Prior to 6 September 2006, user categories were included in the standard CFD process, the archives of which are located here.

^As of 5 April 2009, user categories are included in the standard CFD process, the archives of which are located here, with a separate catalog of post-April-2009 user category discussions available here.

A separate index of discussions grouped by topic also exists at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/User/Archive/Topical index, although it has not been kept up to date.
