User conduct dispute resolution requests

Edit warring noticeboard Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents Arbitration Enforcement Report editors who are repeatedly undoing others' edits to try to "win" a dispute. Request assistance from administrators and experienced editors regarding recent or ongoing misconduct by an editor.
