Disagree. I am the uploader. The photo is part of the PTG online press kit, and as such falls under the category of a publicity photo, which seems to contradict example number 8 of the fair use counterexamples: — Mustang dvs 15:30, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

• Deleted - I have deleted the image. While I fully respect those who disagree, current Wikipedia fair use policy is that an image of a living person is considered replaceable. Under WP:CSD, such images may be speedy deleted under I7. Well, then, those who decide on what is and what is not a policy need to straighten out why publicity photos are specifically condoned on the fair use policy page. • Both images were from the same uploader. I would hold either's licensing suspect (both from website's reserving copyrights). Either images would fail FUC #1 as a replaceable as the subject is currently standing sporting venue. Given that there's already a free image (Image:Soccer-stadium.jpg), I wouldn't bother trying to sort this out.
