Perhaps, but it's non-free and the image that is significant is the one present in the main info box, demonstrating the world tour. We do not need a second FU placed elsewhere representing the other leg of the tour. It doesn't provide any additional information than what is already stated verbally. It's also orphaned if removed. The inclusion of this image does no harm, and rather improves on the explanation of the alternate packaging made available to better promote the subject of the article while in commerce.
