File was originally uploaded by Hammero (talk · contribs) claiming ownership (thus leading to the presumption that Hammero is, in fact, Bernardo Kuczer) and releasing under GFDL. Hammero has subsequently denied that he is Kuczer, and thus does not own the copyright to this image to release it. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 17:47, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Bernardo Kuczer, the copyright owner has let me know, that he has written to permissions-en@wikimedia.org twice by now, and attached twice the files to the mails himself. He has not received an answer upto now, some files have already been deleted. He has also written now to the bot (?) who deleted them. What should/can be done ? Upload them again ?
