• Delete the item is a stylized, not a plain text logo, hence copyrighted; and a trademarked name still in sale http://www.amazon.com/Ultraman-Complete-Susumu-Kurobe/dp/B002DQSKLU/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1429769475&sr=1-1&keywords=ultraman+dvd with no textual commentary to justify a free use exception, while the original Japanese text logo is given and the subject himself is depicted (like showing superman, rather than his S logo.) μηδείς (talk) 06:14, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • That's not correct: this text is purely utilitarian (meant to be read) and therefore ineligible for copyright. See the 'Cup Noodles case' mentioned at c:COM:TOO#Japan. Whether it is trademarked or not is irrelevant. --Stefan2 (talk) 22:43, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Even if I assumed that, (1) it is not the subject of commentary in the article, and (2) it is a duplication of the original japanese file. This state of affairs, with two versions of the trademarked non-free title card is obviously not fair use, it would be like having the Jeopardy logo in English in the infobox with the Spanish translation as well, but no commentary on it justifying a fair use.
