• Delete - It was uploaded with a comment that the upload was for non-free content, but then the actual licensing applied was CC-BY-SA 2.0 The link given is directly to the image sop there is no easy way to verify the licensing however I am very doubtful that this is a free image as the site http://www.tistory.com/ states "Copyright © Kakao Corp. All rights reserved" and all the image appears to be a PR photo that appears all over the web. This is a copyright violation as it stands with incorrect licensing with no reasonable use under non-free content guidelines. -- Whpq (talk) 01:34, 11 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Given the same this is the same situation as File:Eun Ji Won YHY Sketchbook.jpg, I doubt that this is a free file. The image appears to be a PR photo that appears all over the web.
