• Delete: image was uploaded by a now-blocked promotional user. The article that uses the image, Al-Imra International University, is of dubious notability and was created by the same user. His/her userpage was speedily deleted as spam. I will PROD the article as well and have R2’d a redirect from the user’s sandbox. 108.210.216.95 (talk) 10:04, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
