The result of the discussion was: keep. The image is used in the monobook.css files for 148 users: [1]. It would be nice if the image would be put somewhere else for numerous obvious reasons, but I'm not going to delete it and break users' CSS pages. B (talk) 21:41, 22 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This image is orphaned and has no foreseeable use. This image also seems to have been deleted in 2011, so I am not sure why it is still here. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Files_for_deletion/2011_July_3#File:AAAAAA_Bullet.png ‑‑V.S.(C)(T) 07:11, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: I don't use this anymore, but last I knew it was being used by some people for a Wikipedia CSS skin. See File_talk:AAAAAA_Bullet.png. I don't know if it still is, but so far way more bytes have been wasted on talking about whether to delete this than the size of the image itself. Delete while it's not an exact copy, it's a clear derivative (see c:COM:DW and c:COM:FANART) of the flag shown in the "Chef Goes Nanners" episode, as can be seen in this clip at around the one minute mark. clpo13_(talk) 23:35, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
