No evidence that the uploader is the copyright holder. Stefan2 (talk) 21:30, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- Clearly the uploader is not the copyright holder, but the photo is almost certainly in the public domain, as the subject was born in 1877 and appears to be in her early 20s, at most, in the photo. pburka (talk) 13:48, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- In that case the license would need to be changed to {{PD-US-1923}}. It should also get a proper Information template. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 19:27, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- Note that unpublished anonymous works have copyright for 120 years from creation. See c:Commons:Hirtle chart. If the photo was never published, and it was created after 1900, it's still under copyright. If the photograph was never published, and it was created before 1900, {{PD-US-unpublished}} applies. - If this is originally a family photo which ended up at the museum listed on the file information page, then it may count as published the first time it was shown at the museum, which could be decades after it was taken. In that case, the copyright could run for 95 years from publication. --Stefan2 (talk) 20:02, 13 May 2020 (UTC)

Artwork. No evidence of permission from the artist, David Fried. Not covered under the OTRS ticket that applies to some of the other Fried works. Wikiacc (¶) 13:52, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
- Delete: Given the age of this nomination, I encourage the deletion. We may restore the files when ever there's a valid OTRS ticket for them. --Mhhossein talk 03:37, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
