This non-free image is not the subject of significant sourced commentary nor is it a logo or other form of identification that is associated with "U.S. reaction and further developments" of the KAL 007 incident that would make it so "The image serves as the primary means of visual identification of the the world reaction towards the shootdown of Korean Airlines flight 007." Fails WP:NFCC#8. As well, the text adequately describes the reaction and the loss of this image would not detract from the understanding of that section. Fails WP:NFCC#1. This non-free image is considered as a significant sourced commentary because it helps to give a readers a visual of the human reaction towards the tragedy. This non-free image is a Google doodle incorporating the logo of the very hungry caterpillar. As such it fails the stated purpose in the NFUR which is the boilerplate visual identification rationale. There is no significant sourced commentary about the image beyond a single sentence stating Google did a doodle for the 40th anniversary. Fails WP:NFCC#8. Each of these images fails WP:NFCC#8, as there is not critical commentary within the articles these images appear that helps readers understand the article. In the near future, I am working towards expanding each of these articles and will err towards free images, or other non-free content that might be more applicable if needed. Delete all - All of the images except the first file listed are stating that the purpose of the image is for visual identificaiton. None of these images are title cards or similar that would serve the purposes of identification and as such, fails WP:NFCC#8. The first image states the purpose as "The overwhelming praise from critics for these to actors, as well as the period setting, among other things.", but there is nothing in the article text which supports the stated purpose.
