Delete No evidence that the image is under an acceptable free licence. Ownership or possession of a photo, proprietorship of the equipment used to take the photo, or being the subject of the photo does not equate holding the copyright. The copyright holder is the photographer (i.e. the person who took the photo), rather that the subject (the person who appears in the photo) or the person possessing the photo, unless transferred by operation of law (e.g. inheritance, etc.) or by contract (written and signed by the copyright holder, and explicitly transfers the copyright). Delete - EXIF makes clear this isn't own work as the uploader is the apparently the subject and the EXIF states "photo credit: DION OGUST" nd provides Ogust's email in the copyright holder field. -- Whpq (talk) 17:49, 3 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete I agree there's no evidence of a proper copyright license. This could be easily remedied depending on the state of the copyright - perhaps this was commissioned and the copyright transferred to the uploader - but that's obviously speculation, and we can't keep it without further clarification. Watermarked image. WP:WATERMARK is interesting here. Additionally Pictures without camera details tend to be suspect. We require a very much better declaration of source and/or permissions. Uploader to use WP:OTRS to grant permission if they are the copyright owner. Potential copyright violation. Fiddle^Timtrent Faddle^{Talk to me} 15:19, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
