I'm not convinced this file is unique enough for copyright in the United States. In particular, the fonts, the slight edging of the sides, and the coloration shading do not seem unique enough. Steel1943 (talk) 01:46, 26 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm unsure whether the logo is qualified for transfer to Commons. The UK's threshold is very low (c:COM:TOO UK), so the logo may be copyrighted in the UK. George Ho (talk) 21:42, 26 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure either, so I don't think it can be transferred to commons. But, I do think this may apply for ~~{{PD-textlogo}} and {{Do not move to Commons}}~~ {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} due to it potentially not being unique enough for US copyright. Relicense as {{PD-ineligible-USonly}}. This logo is for Sky News Australia so we should be concerned with threshold of originality (TOO) for Australia. TOO in Australia is extremely low so this would likely be copyrighted there. -- Whpq (talk) 22:31, 26 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
