This is a non-free image of a living, non-incarcerated individual. If a free image of Cory exists, this image should be replaced with that in the infobox. If not, the infobox should be left blank. We don't really identify subjects if there's no free alternatives available unless they're deceased or incarcerated AuroraANovaUma ^-^ (talk) 18:10, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
- Delete Non-free images used to identify a living person don't typically meet WP:NFCC#1. hinnk (talk) 06:29, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- This image is definetly a non-free screenshot from CoryxKenshin’s official YouTube channel, used under WP:NFCC#1 because no freely licensed, high-quality image is currently available. As a widely recognized content creator, the image provides identifiability and context for readers, directly reflecting his public persona. Per WP:NFCI5 and 8, non-free images from official sources like social media or YouTube are acceptable when free alternatives do not exist. Deletion would reduce the encyclopedic quality and recognizability of the article. Also, Wikipedia notes that YouTube allows screenshots under a Creative Commons CC BY license. However CoryxKenshin’s videos are not marked this way—so I cannot treat the content as freely licensed. Until a CC BY image does become available, this non-free screenshot remains both policy-compliant and valuable for reader identification.(Also you may as well delete the other YouTube Screenshots of people some wiki’s have) BankSforLifez (talk) 11:44, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- No that's incorrect, please make sure you understand the fair use guidelines, particularly WP@:NFC#UUI: If a person is alive, nothing's stopping anyone from taking a photo of them, as such it fails WP:NFCC#1. Yeshivish613 (talk) 17:33, 8 April 2025 (UTC)

- Delete Per nom. This image is definitely a non-free screenshot from CoryxKenshin’s official YouTube channel, used under WP:NFCC#1 because is not freely licensed. If i take the plane to USA and take a photo, i will send for Wikimedia Commons and i edit he article?

- File:The Star Alliance is Born May 1997.jpeg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Safety Cap (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
I don't think this image meets WP:NFCC8 - even though it's an interesting photo, its omission would not significantly reduce readers' understanding of the topic Star Alliance. Consigned (talk) 19:50, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
- Keep I think this one is worth a second peek. This appears to be the signing ceremony itself that created this juggernaut alliance (note the red carpet). In such a case, this is a historical photo and marginally makes it under NFC. Buffs (talk) 21:12, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- Keep - I agree with Buffs that this is a photo of the signing ceremony that formed Star Alliance on May 14, 1997. Here is a different photo of the same ceremony from a different angle -- the description shows the date: May 14, 1997. The image in question is a low-res copy of a historic photo that significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic (Star Alliance) because it is a visualization of the organization's founding, satisfying WP:NFCC#8. - tucoxn\talk 13:34, 13 April 2025 (UTC)
- I'm really not sure how it significantly increases understanding of Star Alliance. The image is so small that the liveries are hardly visible, all the image conveys is that they parked 5 planes together, which I don't think is particularly notable. Consigned (talk) 19:23, 15 April 2025 (UTC)
- Delete. This image is not subject to sourced critical commentary as required by the contextual significance criterion. Its omission does not enhance the readers' understanding of the article, nor would its omission be detrimental to that understanding, violating WP:NFCC#8. ✗plicit 14:53, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
