Spanish Wikipedia that they have several links to several tools on a page's history page. The Herramientas are tools (list of editors, contribution details, and history search), the Estadísticas are statistics (general stats and number of visits). We should add this to our pages too. But to whom should I address this suggestion? ~~Dr Dec(Talk)~~18:55, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I made this page and, at the time of me posting this, has a no references tag at the bottom even though, I have added it in like I should and always do.De Mattia (talk) 04:50, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The same thing has now happened again. I don't know if it is just appearing like that on my computer or if it appears like that everywhere around the world, but it's weird because I have put in the approriate tags at the bottom and the stub thing 'please help Wikipedia by expanding this article etc' hasn't come up either for me. Checking my account history brings up several entries which I am positive I have not had a hand at. For example, I received a message from a member here in Wikipedia telling me I have repeatedly blanked large sections of various articles without consensus. Not being confident in my editing skills, I have only ever done some paraphrasing and spelling corrections, yet my history clearly shows this is not the case.
Is there a portal/category that shows which pages have the most red links to it? For instance, if person X is referenced in many article but still doesn't have one made for them, I'd like to make that page. So I'm basically looking for a list to see what uncreated page was the most links to it. OlYellerTalktome15:37, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The page is protected from editing and I have no idea where one is supposed to go to point this out, but the text appending the photo of Gerald R. Ford is wrong. It reads, in part:
"...the Watergate scandal, which began an attempted break-in..."
When of course it should read:
"...the Watergate scandal, which began with an attempted break-in..."
Hopefully someone here is cleared to edit the page or can forward this to the appropriate page. If someone would note on my talk page where that is, so I know where to go in the future (I've noticed a similar error on the main page in the past), I'd appreciate that. Thanks, Abrazame (talk) 00:54, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
(e/c)I see 1 revert. The rule is "3 reverts to one page in one 24-hour period." Reverting once on 1/9, once on 10/9 and once today is not 3 reverts in 24 hours. Xenon54 / talk / 20:31, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You'll probably need the help of your local authorities, but even then they'll probably only help you if it's involved with a crime, such as a hit-and-run. Such records are not available on the Internet. Please take any more factual questions you may have to the Reference desk. Xenon54 / talk / 21:52, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do your own homework. Welcome to the Wikipedia Help desk. Your question appears to be a homework question. I apologize if this is a misevaluation, but it is our policy here to not do people's homework for them, but to merely aid them in doing it themselves. Letting someone else do your homework does not help you learn how to solve such problems. Please attempt to solve the problem yourself first. You can search Wikipedia or search the Web. If you need help with a specific part of your homework, the Reference desk can help you grasp the concept. Do not ask knowledge questions here, just those about using Wikipedia. Wikitable
I have created a wikitable / chart ... but it's not doing quite what I want it to do. What is the correct help page to get specific feedback? Is it this page ... or some other? Thanks. (Joseph A. Spadaro, 13 September 2009)
This is the right page. You are going to have to tell us which article you're talking about. Looking at your contributions, it might be Donald Brown (running back) but that article doesn't have any tables that are screwed up. Help:Table might answer your question, otherwise please ask here. Xenon54 / talk / 22:16, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. Thanks. Please see the second chart (Testing new chart #1: Revised) on this page: Talk:Donald Brown (running back). Here are my 2 questions. (1) How do I make the words "Rushing" and "Receiving" in the top row become centered across their respective 4-column spaces? (2) How can I get the word "Year" in only one box and also be centered? In other words, take BOTH boxes that currently say "Year" ... and make them become only one bigger box that is "taller". In other words, take the current two boxes that say "Year" and just make them all one larger box? If possible, I would like the word "Year" centered (both vertically and horizontally) in the new larger (2-row) box. Thank you. (Joseph A. Spadaro, 13 September 2009)
Thanks for your help. You did indeed help me solve problem number 2. But not problem number 1. Regarding problem number 1 ... I was able to use "colspan" to get the words Receiving and Rushing in the correct cells. But -- what I was struggling with -- was getting the words to be "centered" within the 4-column span. In other words, right now, it says: "Receiving - blank space - blank space - blank space - blank space - etc." What I would like it to say is: "blank space - blank space - blank space - blank space - Receiving - blank space - blank space - blank space - blank space" (so that it the word is in the center of the 4-column span). This would be similar to the way that the word Redshirted appears in the (original) Chart directly on top of this (revised) Chart on that Talk Page. Thanks. (Joseph A. Spadaro, 14 September 2009)
What browser are you using? Internet Explorer? It showed up fine (centered) when I viewed it originally in Firefox. It also shows up fine in Chrome. However, when I tried it in IE, it showed up on the left. I'm afraid that it won't center in IE for some reason; IE has a lot of similar issues. I'd recommend an upgrade to another browser, such as Firefox. Then, you won't have so many problems with pages showing up oddly on Wikipedia or otherwise. hmwith☮01:51, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Wikitable, Part 2
How do I extend this header to the far right of the table?
